課程概述

本訓練計畫旨在提供學生進入臨床前之基本臨床精神醫學知識。學生在實習的三週期間接受精神醫學之授課，並參與所有的臨床活動，以達有效完整的學習。臨床活動包括在門診接觸病人與家屬，學習診斷分析並參與診療作業計劃；在病房實際接觸病患及記錄其精神病理和治療過程，在資深醫師指導下進行個案研究與報告，並在講演課程、小組討論會及臨床個案討論中，學習精神醫學理論和臨床知能。為了整合及提升教學效果，本訓練計畫廣泛使用翻轉教室（flipped classroom）之概念，安排資深醫師進行三週小組互動式教學（interactive small group tutorial），鼓勵學生主動自我學習（active self-directed learning）及善用問題取向（problem based）之臨床思維。 

課程目標
 （一）學習和病人及其家屬溝通的知識和能力。
（二）學習精神醫療相關之倫理原則。
（三）學習精神病理之資料收集、診斷、以及鑑別診斷。
（四）由全人醫療(包含生理、心理、靈性及社會醫療等面向)角度出發，學習精神疾病之治療和處置的基本知能，並學習如何提供民眾促進精神健康與預防及精神疾病之道。
（五）瞭解精神醫學之發展趨勢。 
課程要求
 整合「跨領域團隊合作照護」之課程安排與訓練：強調跨領域團隊合作為精神醫學臨床工作之傳統精神，本課程設計特將此精神整合入各式教學活動。本實習課程整合重要與常見之精神科知能，綜分為四大核心領域。以分週次、漸進式與循環式進行授課。大部分的課堂學習以翻轉教室的概念進行。傳統的大堂課知識層面授課，則保留至臺大醫院精神醫學部雲端影音教學系統（TMS），作為學員自我學習之重要參考。每堂課皆設有明確的教學主題與教學目標，以兼顧學習之自由性、主動性與目的性。藉由實際參與精神科臨床工作的過程以內化課堂之學習，提供精神醫學臨床的基本訓練。內容包含急性病房實習、門診及急診精神照會實習。藉由實際個案的接觸，學習醫病關係的建立及會談技巧。期能對常見精神疾病的診斷和處置有正確之概念，並增加對精神醫學的興趣。臨床實際工作與教學活動中，包含科部學術活動、文獻研讀會及個案討論會、病房團隊會議等，均有跨領域成員參與並提供多面向之教學內容。同時也安排至臺北市立聯合醫院松德院區實地參訪，讓學員對於社區醫療及復健等整體性、連續性之精神醫療與心理衛生服務有系統性的認識。
